EmpowHer was created from a simple belief: women deserve better support through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
As a women’s strength and wellness coach, I’ve spent years working closely with women as their bodies begin to change, sleep becomes harder, energy feels different, recovery takes longer, hydration matters more, and the things that once worked don’t always work anymore.
And I kept seeing the same problem.
So many supplements were either overly complicated, packed with ingredients women didn’t need, or simply weren’t created with this stage of a woman’s life in mind.
I wanted to create something different.
Simple daily rituals. Thoughtfully formulated for women.
That became EmpowHer.
